Offset Printed Labels

Offset printing is ideally suited to printing large quantities of custom stickers and photo stickers too, partly because the printing presses we use run at such high speeds. Blink and you’ll miss a sheet of stickers going through, but offset printing offers other advantages besides capacity.

Clients choose offset printing because they want full color print stickers or photo stickers, something screen printing isn’t well suited for. From photograph print stickers to graphical gradients and shadows, all are possible to achieve with offset printed stickers and labels.

This type of printing uses photo-sensitive printing plates that offer an extremely high resolution of finished print, lending itself to photograph print stickers especially. Once this plate is mounted to an offset printing press, the image is coated with ink and then transferred to a rubber blanket applied to a drum. This is then transferred again to the material of choice passing through the press resulting in very high quality full color print stickers.

With photo stickers or full color print stickers you can still choose from a wide selection of materials to print on, from our normal quality 0.16mm vinyl, transparent vinyl and static cling, to alloy plate, brushed alloy and dome stickers too. There’s no set up fee with offset printing, and like all our other methods of printing – die-cutting and punching is always included in the price we quote.
