Overview

Dairy labels are applied to packs that are already cold and go straight back into refrigeration, which rules out most standard adhesives — they never get warm enough to key properly and peel at the first handling. A cold-chain adhesive is formulated to bond at low temperature and to hold through the condensation that forms every time the pack leaves the chiller.

Key points

  • Bonds at refrigeration temperature, not just on a warm pack
  • Survives repeated condensation cycles
  • Body, wrap-around and tub lid formats
  • Use-by and batch data printed variably
  • Constructions suitable for food packaging

Questions

Milk Bottle Food Product Label — questions we are asked

What material is used for Milk Bottle Food Product Label?

White and clear PP, PET, wet-strength paper. We specify the material against the job it actually has to do rather than supplying a single default — tell us the application and the conditions it will see, and we will confirm the build.

Which adhesive is used on Milk Bottle Food Product Label?

Cold-chain permanent, bonding down to refrigeration temperature. The adhesive matters more than most buyers expect: a label that curls off a cold or oily surface is almost always an adhesive specified for the wrong job, not a printing fault.

Can Milk Bottle Food Product Label carry batch codes or serial numbers?

Yes. Batch, packing date, use-by, net content. Variable data is printed from your file or generated here, and where an audit trail matters we record the number ranges issued against each delivery.

Can Milk Bottle Food Product Label be made in a custom size or shape?

Yes. Cutting tools are made on our own premises, so a custom die profile is a matter of days rather than a wait on an outside toolmaker. Send the dimensions, a drawing or a sample of the container and we will confirm the tooling and quote it.

What is the minimum order quantity for Milk Bottle Food Product Label?

Quantities are quoted per job rather than fixed, because the economics change with the size, the number of colours and the material. Tell us the run size you have in mind and we will tell you honestly whether it is viable and what it costs.

Need a label built for your product?

Send us the size, the material and the surface it goes on. We will quote with a lead time, and make a sample before you commit to a production run.
