A carton is a structural job as much as a printing one. The board weight, crease positions and locking style decide whether it assembles quickly on your packing bench and whether it survives the journey. We cut the tooling to your sample or drawing and supply cartons flat, creased and ready to erect.

What material is used for Product Cartons?
Folding box board, duplex board, kraft-backed board. We specify the material against the job it actually has to do rather than supplying a single default — tell us the application and the conditions it will see, and we will confirm the build.
Can Product Cartons be made in a custom size or shape?
Yes. Cutting tools are made on our own premises, so a custom die profile is a matter of days rather than a wait on an outside toolmaker. Send the dimensions, a drawing or a sample of the container and we will confirm the tooling and quote it.
What is the minimum order quantity for Product Cartons?
Quantities are quoted per job rather than fixed, because the economics change with the size, the number of colours and the material. Tell us the run size you have in mind and we will tell you honestly whether it is viable and what it costs.
How do I supply artwork?
Print-ready PDF, AI, EPS or CDR with 3 mm bleed and fonts converted to outlines. If you do not have artwork we can set it from your logo and copy. Nothing goes to plate or die until you have approved a digital proof.
